Leander Family Photographer | Dusenbery Family

Fall family sessions are always just amazing! I love the color of the trees, the light and the cooler temperatures! This location in Leander always has the most amazing fall colors and there is an opening right in the middle of a pathway that has the light  coming through it perfectly! Then throw in a gorgeous family with an awesome smiling 5 year old and its the perfect session and one of the many reasons I absolutely love being a Leander Family Photographer! Mom and dad were super laid back and Jack was all smiles! Jack is going to be a big brother soon and I can not wait to get to meet their newest addition! Check back soon to see their Lifestyle Newborn Session at their amazing new home and meet sweet Baby Ryan!

P.S. Mommy and Me Mini Sessions are now available!!! That bond between a mother and child is so amazing and if you are like me, you are usually behind the camera trying to capture those moments instead of in that photo enjoying the moment. As a family photographer, I make a point of hiring someone to take our family photos every year and although I love every image of my family, some of my favorites are those with just me and my two little girls. They are growing up so fast and I want to document our time together more. That is when the idea for mommy and me mini sessions came about. Don’t miss out on this super special session. Book your session HERE!

Austin, Texas Family Photographer | Party of 5!!

As an Austin, Texas Family Photographer, 360 Bridge is one of my favorite spots for photos. I have been an Austinite almost my life so I always enjoy the iconic bridge and surrounding water. When Melissa wanted to do this years family photos here, I was so excited.

I have had the pleasure over the last year getting to know Mike and Melissa and they have to be one of the most amazing couples. Melissa contacted me a year ago to do her family photos, HERE, and we instantly hit it off! We had such a blast during that session and I was so excited when she reached out for another session.

This year there were two very special additions to the family photos. Several months ago Mike’s sister unexpectantly passed away leaving behind two children, Brice and Ireland. They had also lost their father several years before. Mike and Melissa excitedly took Ireland and Brice into their home and you can just feel the love and bond between them all. You would never know they hadn’t always been a family of 5. Casey, Brice and Ireland had such a blast during the session, making each other laugh, tickling and just being kids.

Austin Extended Family Portrait Photographer | Boumaza Family

I think being an Austin Extended Family Portrait Photographer is one of the coolest things I get to shoot. These shoots are just so special. To be able to capture the moments between grandparents and their grandchildren is one of the sweetest things but then to have grandparents that are so fun and silly and interactive, has to be the BEST! That is exactly how this family was and I loved everything about this session!

I have know this momma for a while now and when she told me her in laws were coming in from France and wanted a family photo, I was so excited to get to work with them. Everyone was having a blast, playing and just enjoying their time together. At the end of the session, grandma was so sweet playing chase and then all the kids tackled grandpa. It was so nice to see how much they just enjoyed being together.

I hope every family gets a photos like these done. Unfortunately my children lost two grandparents this past year and I hate to even admit that we didn’t capture enough of those moments together and its something I hope to do more of in the future with not only my family but others as well.

Georgetown Family Holiday Session | Hollister Family

This is one of my all time FAVORITE families to get to see and work with and was so excited when Ashley contacted me for their Georgetown family holiday session!

I met Ashley and Ryan when I did their maternity shoot several years ago and  we always have such a great time when we are together. It really is like friends just hanging out. I have loved getting to watch sweet Charlotte grow and change and capture her first 18 months. Our last shoot, HERE,  Charlotte was 6 months old, just starting to sit, and seriously so stinking cute! This shoot, we decided to go back to Downtown Georgetown since we love this spot so much and although it was a little overcast, I love how these turned out with the light. Charlotte was having a blast running all over the place. She was not too interested in being held so as soon as mom or dad let her down, she got a huge smile on her face and took off.

I love everytime I get to see this sweet family and can’t wait till the next one!

P.S. For anyone looking to book a session, I am already booking out into Summer 2017, so make sure to reach out soon to get on the calendar! Courtney@courtneyprinzophotography.com
