Austin Lifestyle Newborn Photography is something I have truly grown to absolutely love to shoot. I love the relaxed atmosphere at my clients home and being able to capture moments in their own special places.

Several months ago, I met this family for their fall family session, see HERE, and just loved how fun and relaxed they were. Jack had just the best smile and laugh and couldn’t have been more fun! When Megan reached out about doing a lifestyle  newborn session, I was so excited to get to work with this family again. Baby Ryan arrived over a week late and a staggering 10lbs 7oz. For those that know me, know I LOVE big babies and baby Ryan proved exactly why. He was the happiest and most content little guy. We fed and swaddled him right when I arrived and he didn’t make a peep for the entire 2 hour session. It could not have gone any smoother.

That bond between a mother and child is so amazing and if you are like me, you are usually behind the camera trying to capture those moments instead of in that photo enjoying the moment. As a family photographer, I make a point of hiring someone to take our family photos every year and although I love every image of my family, some of my favorites are those with just me and my two little girls.
