As an Austin family lifestyle child photographer, one year sessions are steadily becoming one of my favorite sessions to do. I so loved getting to meet this family for their son Caleb’s 1 year session and we even threw in some family photos as well. Mom really loved this location with the water and nature feel. I hadn’t shoot here in forever so I decided to go early to check it out. It happened to be one of the nicest days Austin has had in a while, so when I showed up, apparently everyone else thought it would be cool to hang out here too, it was insanely packed! We made it work though and came out with some amazing photos!

Caleb’s birthday theme for his party is 100 acre woods. Mom and Dad made the cutest wooden prop for this shoot. As soon as we got it all set up and sat Caleb down, he was loving it! He even grabbed his pooh and gave him the sweetest hug. Seriously adorable and they are definitely my favorite from this session, see HERE.

I loved meeting this amazing family and can NOT wait to work with them again!
